Delays, accidents, or route changes during trips.

1.1 Trust
All drivers are thoroughly verified with identity, driver's license, and vehicle documents before joining.
Rider ratings and reviews hold everyone accountable and build confidence.
Friendly customer support is always available to assist you in Bangla and English.
1.2 Transparency
Fare Determination & Finalization: Fares are suggested upfront for every trip. For intercity, reverse, or hourly trips, the fare is negotiated and finalized between the rider and driver before the trip begins. This ensures there are no last-minute surprises, unexpected charges, or haggling.
Rider Profiles & Trip Details: Drivers can clearly view rider profiles, trip details, and past ratings, enabling informed and safe decision-making.
Secure In-App Payment: The platform provides easy and secure in-app payment options, ensuring you receive your earnings without hassle. AmarTrip does not guarantee or manage payments conducted outside the platform.
Complete Trip History: Drivers have access to their full trip history at any time, including fares and earnings, supporting transparency, record-keeping, and financial planning.

Section 2 – Connecting Passengers and Drivers Seamlessly
AmarTrip ensures that finding and accepting rides is simple, fast, and secure—eliminating roadside uncertainty or last-minute haggling.
2.1 How Matching Works
Riders submit trip requests by specifying pickup location, destination, date, and time, or in real-time for instant rides.
Nearby drivers receive immediate notifications with the appropriate fare, calculated based on the base fare, total kilometers, and estimated trip duration.
For instant trips, drivers can accept the request directly. For intercity, reserved, or hourly trips, drivers may review rider offers and submit counter-offers. Fares may be negotiated across multiple rounds until both parties reach an agreement.
Once the fare is agreed upon, the rider selects the driver, and the trip officially begins.
2.2 Communication
Drivers can communicate safely with riders using in-app chat or masked phone calls, keeping personal contact information private.
Live GPS updates share your real-time location with riders before pickup, allowing them to track your arrival accurately.
Legal Clause:
AmarTrip does not guarantee a match for every trip request. Matching is subject to driver availability in the vicinity and the rider's discretion to accept or reject offers.
AmarTrip acts solely as a technology platform to facilitate connections and is not responsible for trip fulfillment, disputes, or outcomes between riders and drivers.
Section 3 – Using the AmarTrip Mobile Application
3.1 Core Features for Drivers
Real-Time Trip Requests: When online, you receive instant trip requests in real time.
Live Bid Tracking: Monitor active and past bids in one place. Place, edit, or accept rider fare offers instantly.
Trip Information & Navigation: Access complete pickup and drop-off details, including maps, timing, and fare breakdowns. Use live GPS navigation for every trip.
Real-Time Earnings Overview: Track earnings and dues instantly. Make secure payments via the in-app payment gateway.
Online/Offline Flexibility: Go online or offline at your convenience. When offline, you will not receive trip requests or notifications.
Driver Incentives: Earn bonuses and exclusive rewards for consistent service and completed rides.
Trip Alerts: Receive real-time updates on bid matches, trip start/end, cancellations, and rider confirmations.
Simple Account Controls: Log out or delete your account anytime directly from the app.
Language Support: Switch seamlessly between Bangla and English for convenience.
Emergency Access: Access the in-app support center and directly call emergency services (999) when needed.

3.4 Safety & Profile Management
Upload all required documents before starting: valid mobile number, driver photo, National ID, BRTA license, vehicle information (type, model, plate number, color, AC status), registration certificate, fitness certificate, tax token, and a 30-second video showing vehicle interior and exterior.
Vehicles must be at least one year old, with a clean driving record.
Optionally provide blood group, gender, emergency contact, and email for enhanced safety.
Verified passengers and drivers maintain secure profiles.
In-app chat and real-time location sharing preserve communication privacy.
Rider ratings help ensure quality and reliability.
3.5 Account Control & Security

Section 4 – Eligibility Requirements
4.1 For Drivers
At AmarTrip, drivers are the backbone of our service, playing a crucial role in delivering safe, reliable, and comfortable rides across Bangladesh. To maintain high standards of professionalism and ensure passenger safety, every driver must meet strict eligibility criteria and uphold specific responsibilities. These requirements help build trust with riders, protect AmarTrip’s reputation, and guarantee quality service.
Valid Driving License
Every driver must hold a valid driving license issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA).
A valid BRTA license confirms the driver understands national traffic laws, has received proper training, and can navigate Bangladesh's diverse road conditions.
AmarTrip verifies all licenses.
Only drivers with verified, valid licenses will be approved.
Use of fake, forged, expired, or suspended licenses results in immediate disqualification or suspension.
National Identity Card (NID) Requirement
All drivers must submit a valid National Identity Card (NID) during registration for identity verification and legal compliance.
The NID confirms legal identity and Bangladeshi citizenship, helping prevent fraud and impersonation.
NIDs are cross-verified with other documents and information.
Applications with forged or tampered NIDs will be rejected or deactivated without prior notice.
Vehicle Ownership & Minimum Vehicle Age
Vehicles must be registered in the driver’s name or have valid authorization if owned by someone else (e.g., family member or employer).
This ensures legal operation and prevents unauthorized vehicle use.
Vehicles must be at least one (1) year old to ensure reliability and a known service history.
Valid Vehicle Documentation
Drivers must maintain up-to-date vehicle documents, including:

Tax Token: Verifying payment of government taxes.
Certificate of Fitness: Confirming the vehicle’s roadworthiness.

Vehicle Video Submission
Drivers must submit a recent 30-second video showing:

This video ensures vehicle quality and safety and helps riders feel confident in their choice.
Still images or outdated photos are not accepted.
Clean Driving Record
Drivers must maintain a clean driving record free from serious violations or criminal offenses.
Reckless driving, DUI, harassment, theft, or repeated traffic violations may lead to suspension or permanent bans.
Drivers must obey all traffic laws and treat passengers with respect.
Together, these requirements ensure AmarTrip drivers are qualified, trustworthy, and responsible — delivering a safe and professional ride-sharing experience.
4.2 Optional Information
While not mandatory, drivers are encouraged to provide optional details to enhance safety and service quality:
Blood Group: Helps emergency responders during critical situations.
Emergency Contact Number: Allows AmarTrip to notify a trusted person in case of emergencies.
Gender: Helps tailor services and support for driver comfort and safety.
Address: Assists in identity verification or dispute resolution.
Section 5 – Comprehensive Services Offered by AmarTrip
At AmarTrip, we understand that every driver and rider has unique needs. That’s why our platform offers a wide range of services designed for flexibility, convenience, and earning potential. Whether you prefer instant trips, scheduled rides, bidding negotiations, or hourly rentals, AmarTrip supports you in providing excellent service nationwide.
5.1 Platform Access
AmarTrip grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable right to use the AmarTrip Driver app to connect with riders.
We do not guarantee the number or frequency of trip requests you will receive. Availability depends on demand and your online status.
5.2 Supported Trip Types
Instant Rides: Accept real-time ride requests from nearby riders for immediate trips.
Scheduled Trips: Accept rides booked up to 2 days in advance to help riders plan ahead.
Bidding Trips: Participate in fare negotiations with riders through a dynamic multi-round bidding system.
Hourly Rentals: Provide dedicated service for 1 to 12 hours within the city, allowing multiple stops.
Station Trips: Offer rides to and from major bus terminals, train stations, and ferry terminals.
Airport Transfers: Provide timely pick-up and drop-off services for major airports, with real-time flight updates for smooth coordination.
5.3 Fare Determination
Instant and Scheduled Rides: Fare is either set by AmarTrip or pre-agreed with the rider before the trip begins by bid and negotiation.
Bidding Trips: Fare is decided through in-app negotiation and locked in before the trip starts — no fare changes after that.
5.4 Prohibited Practices
To maintain fairness, transparency, and safety, the following are strictly prohibited:
Soliciting riders for rides outside the AmarTrip platform.
Accepting payments outside the app for trips sourced through AmarTrip.
Canceling accepted trips solely to renegotiate fares.
Legal Clause
AmarTrip facilitates connection and coordination between riders and independent drivers but does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or safety of any ride. These responsibilities rest solely with the driver providing the service.
Section 6 – Bidding Process for Intercity, Reserved, and Hourly Trips
At AmarTrip, our flexible bidding system empowers drivers to control fares and select trips that best align with their schedule and earnings goals.
6.1 Bidding Window Duration
When a rider requests a trip, the bidding window remains open for 15 minutes.
During this time, you may accept the rider's proposed fare or submit counter-offers, negotiating multiple times if necessary.
Riders review all submitted offers and select their preferred driver within the 15-minute window.
If no driver responds within this period, the rider may revise the fare or cancel the request.
Once the bidding window closes, the rider either accepts an offer, revises the fare, or cancels the trip.
This ensures quick, transparent fare negotiation with minimal waiting for both drivers and riders.
6.2 How the Bidding System Works
Rider-Initiated Fare: Each trip request includes a platform-suggested fare based on base fare, total kilometers, and estimated trip time.
Driver Offer & Counter-Offer: Drivers submit fare offers considering distance, trip time, fuel/tolls, traffic, and other costs. You may also accept the suggested fare.
Multi-Round Negotiation: Drivers and riders may negotiate multiple rounds until a mutually agreed fare is reached.
Final Fare Confirmation: Once the rider accepts, the fare is locked. No changes or further negotiation are allowed after confirmation.
6.3 Driver Bidding Flexibility
Drivers can place multiple bids simultaneously for local and intercity trips, maximizing opportunities and earnings.
For example, you can bid on a local ride from Mohammadpur to Banani while also bidding on an intercity trip from Dhaka to Narayanganj.
If one bid is accepted, you may cancel other bids that no longer fit your schedule.
This flexibility allows you to remain active during peak hours and in high-demand areas.
6.4 Instant Trip Request Radius
For instant trips, only drivers within a fixed radius of the rider’s pickup location receive notifications.
This ensures rapid response and minimal wasted travel time.
Example: If a rider is in Dhanmondi, only nearby drivers in Dhanmondi, Shyamoli, or Mirpur will receive the request—not drivers farther away, such as in Gulshan.
Vehicle Type Eligibility for Trip Requests:
4-Seater Trips: Only drivers with 4-seater vehicles and 4-seater premium vehicles
4-Seater Premium Trips: Only drivers with 4-seater premium vehicles.
7-Seater Trips: Only drivers with 7-seater vehicles.
10-Seater Trips: Only drivers with 10-seater vehicles.
This ensures riders get the correct vehicle type and avoids unsuitable requests for drivers.
6.5 Scheduled Trip Request Radius
For trips booked in advance, the notification radius is expanded to a larger fixed area, allowing more drivers to view and accept trips.
Example: A 10 AM trip from Banani to the airport may notify drivers in Gulshan, Tejgaon, or Uttara.
6.6 Vehicle Type Bidding Eligibility
Only certain vehicle types can bid for corresponding trips:
4-Seater Trips: Drivers with 4-, 7-, or 10-seater vehicles.
4-Seater Premium: Drivers with 4-, 7-, or 10-seater vehicles.
7-Seater Trips: Drivers with 7- or 10-seater vehicles.
10-Seater Trips: Only drivers with 10-seater vehicles.
This ensures comfort and safety for riders while preventing unsuitable trip bids.
6.7 Driver Notifications During Active Trips
While on an active trip, you will not receive new trip notifications that overlap with your current trip's time slot.
Example: If your trip is from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM, no new requests starting during that period will be sent.
You will receive notifications for trips starting after your current trip ends, enabling better planning and optimized earnings.
This system prevents overlapping trips, reduces driver stress, and ensures smooth service for riders.

AmarTrip does not own, operate, or control vehicles, and all trip agreements, fare negotiations, and responsibilities rest directly between drivers and riders.
AmarTrip is not liable for disputes, delays, accidents, or any loss of personal property during trips.
Section 7 – Payments & Fees
At AmarTrip, we prioritize transparency, fairness, and security to protect your earnings, ensure smooth trips, and maintain trust between riders and drivers.
7.1 Fare Estimation and Final Fare Determination
Riders may receive a platform-generated fare estimate before submitting a trip request. This estimate is for reference only and does not constitute a binding price.
Upon trip completion, the final fare is calculated based on:
Total distance traveled
Total trip duration
Applicable base fare
Any mutually agreed terms between the rider and driver
Final fares may differ from initial estimates due to traffic, route deviations, waiting times, or other operational factors.
7.2 Fare Agreement for Intercity and Reserved Trips
For intercity and reserved trips, a Fare Agreement is mandatory to ensure clarity and fairness.
Before the trip begins:
Rider and driver must mutually agree on the fare
The agreed fare is final and binding
This pre-trip agreement minimizes disputes, misunderstandings, or unexpected charges.
7.3 Payment Methods from Riders
Cash Payment (Primary): Riders pay drivers in cash immediately after the trip ends, before leaving the vehicle.
Alternative Payment Methods: Riders and drivers may agree on digital payments (e.g., mobile wallets) prior to the trip. AmarTrip does not guarantee, process, or oversee these payments. Both parties are responsible for security and completion.
No Offline Payments: All bookings must be made through the AmarTrip platform. Payments outside the app are strictly prohibited to protect all parties and enable customer support.
7.4 Road, Toll, and Ancillary Charges
Intercity Trips: Drivers pay all tolls, highway/bridge fees, parking, and similar operational road costs.
Local Trips: Riders pay any tolls, parking fees, or entry charges within the city.
Hourly Trips: Riders cover all tolls, parking, road or entry fees, and other applicable expenses incurred during the rental period.
Fuel and Vehicle Operating Costs: Solely the driver's responsibility and cannot be charged separately to the rider.
All charges must be clearly communicated and mutually understood before or during the trip to avoid disputes.
7.5 Rider Compensation & Driver No-Show Policy
Rider Waiting Period: Riders should wait up to 1 hour from the scheduled pickup for minor delays.
Driver No-Show Penalty: If the driver fails to arrive within 1 hour, AmarTrip may apply a platform-determined penalty to encourage punctuality.
Rider Compensation: Riders may claim a fixed compensation through the app for verified no-shows beyond the grace period. Compensation is a goodwill gesture and not an admission of liability. AmarTrip is not responsible for indirect losses due to no-shows.
7.6 App Charges
7.6.1 Fixed Commission
AmarTrip charges a fixed commission on every completed trip, set exclusively by the platform authority. Drivers cannot alter or negotiate this fee.
7.6.2 Automatic Deduction or Settlement
Commissions are payable upon trip completion within the specified timeframe. Payment is mandatory and part of your contractual obligation to use the AmarTrip platform.
7.6.3 In-App Payment Gateway (SSL COMMERZ)
Drivers must settle commissions via AmarTrip's integrated digital payment system. Available methods include:

Other approved Mobile Financial Services (MFS) introduced by AmarTrip
7.6.4 Payment Procedure
To complete payment:
Access the “Pay” option in the AmarTrip Driver App
Select the preferred payment method (bKash, Rocket, Nagad, etc.)
Enter the registered wallet/account number
Input the secure PIN/OTP as required
Confirm the transaction to finalize
7.6.5 Confirmation & Record
Upon successful payment, an instant confirmation is displayed in the app, and the transaction is recorded in your account history for transparency and future reference.
7.6.6 Non-Payment Consequences
Failure to pay app charges may result in restricted access, suspension, or termination of AmarTrip services until all dues are cleared.
7.6.7 Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days from the submission date in the SSL COMMERZ merchant panel.
7.7 Payment Obligations & Driver Eligibility
Drivers must clear all outstanding charges within the specified timeframe (typically 7 days) before bidding on or accepting new trips.
Real-time tracking of dues is available in the driver app to help avoid restrictions.
7.8 Driver Payment Rules & Restrictions
Fixed Payment Deadline: Commission dues must be cleared within the specified timeframe (typically 7 days). Failure to pay may prevent bidding on or accepting new trips.
Bidding Suspension: Drivers with unpaid dues are temporarily blocked from bidding or accepting new trips until full settlement.
No Instant Trip Access: Drivers with unpaid charges will not receive new instant trip requests.
7.9 Legal Disclaimer
AmarTrip is not responsible for payment disputes, delays, or losses arising from direct transactions between riders and drivers.
All trip payments, whether cash or digital, are solely between the rider and driver.
Users must resolve payment issues directly with the other party. AmarTrip is not liable for disputes or financial losses arising from these transactions.
Section 8 – Trip Timing Guidelines
Following trip timing guidelines helps create smooth, efficient rides and a positive experience for both riders and drivers. Knowing these rules helps prevent confusion and delays for both scheduled and instant trips.
8.1 Scheduled Trip Start Time
For trips booked in advance, you may start the trip up to 15 minutes early if you arrive before the scheduled time and the rider is ready to go.
If the rider isn’t ready, wait until the exact scheduled start time before beginning the trip.
This flexibility helps reduce waiting times and lets you manage your schedule more efficiently, especially if you have multiple trips planned.
8.2 Instant Trip Flexibility
Instant trips start as soon as a nearby driver is available — there’s no fixed start time.
When a rider requests an instant trip, the closest available drivers receive the notification to pick up the rider right away.
This system ensures quick service for riders needing immediate rides and helps you manage multiple requests efficiently.
Legal Disclaimer
AmarTrip strives to support timely trips, but is not responsible for delays caused by rider readiness, traffic, or other factors outside its control. Trip start times and durations may vary due to real-world conditions.
Section 9 – Cancellations & No-Shows Policy
At AmarTrip, fairness and reliability matter to both drivers and riders. Our cancellation and no-show policies help keep the platform smooth and trustworthy for everyone.
9.1 Driver Cancellation Policy
Account Block for Frequent Cancellations: If you cancel 5 trips, your account will be automatically blocked for 24 hours. This encourages you to honor your commitments and reduces frequent cancellations.
How to Get Unblocked: To regain access before 24 hours, contact AmarTrip support. Explain any emergencies or vehicle issues. The support team will review and may unblock your account if you commit to following the rules.
No Cancellation During Trips: Once a trip starts, you cannot cancel or end the ride early unless there’s an emergency or safety concern. If problems arise (traffic, vehicle trouble, etc.), contact AmarTrip support for help instead of canceling. This keeps the rider’s trip smooth and professional.
9.2 Driver No-Show Policy
Penalty for No-Show: If you fail to arrive at the pickup point within 1 hour of the scheduled start, you will face a penalty:
A fixed penalty (set by platform authority) for local trips
A fixed penalty (set by platform authority) for intercity trips
This holds drivers accountable and discourages last-minute no-shows.
Rider Compensation: When a no-show occurs, the rider can claim a fixed compensation amount (set by platform authority) via the AmarTrip app. AmarTrip verifies all claims before paying compensation to ensure fairness.
Why Penalties and Compensation? These policies maintain trust by encouraging drivers to fulfill their trips and protecting riders from inconvenience.
9.3 Driver Rewards & Bonus Claims
Drivers can easily claim rewards and bonuses through the in-app “Claim” option.
To receive payments, a valid bKash or Nagad account number must be provided.
Once submitted, AmarTrip will process the settlement, which may take 2–5 working days.
All claims are subject to verification and approval by AmarTrip authority before payment is released.
9.4 Legal Clause
By using AmarTrip, both riders and drivers agree to these cancellation and no-show policies. AmarTrip reserves the right to enforce penalties and update policies to ensure fairness and reliability. All disputes will be handled through AmarTrip’s dispute resolution process, and all users agree to respect its decisions.
Section 10 – Account Online/Offline, Logout, Deactivation, and Deletion
At AmarTrip, you have full control over your account with options to go offline, log out temporarily, or permanently deactivate/delete your account.
10.1 In-App Online/Offline Status
Go Offline Anytime: As a driver, you can switch to offline mode whenever you want.
Offline Restrictions: While offline, you won’t receive bid notifications or be able to accept trips or use other trip-related features.
Go Online Anytime: When you go back online, you’ll regain full access to bids, trip functions, and notifications.
10.2 Account Logout (Temporary)
You can log out anytime without affecting your active bookings or saved data.
How to Log Out:
a) Open the AmarTrip app.
b) Go to Settings → Account → Logout.
c) Confirm your logout.
Logging out simply signs you out but keeps your account and trip history safe.
10.3 Account Deactivation or Deletion (Permanent)
To permanently deactivate or delete your account, submit a request through the app.
How to Deactivate/Delete:
a) Log in to the AmarTrip app.

Your account is part of an active dispute, complaint, or claim;

By requesting deletion or deactivation, you acknowledge it is permanent and irreversible except where law requires data retention. AmarTrip is not liable for any loss of data, content, or access resulting from your request.
Section 11 – Rating System & Consequences
At AmarTrip, the rating system is important for keeping everyone accountable and ensuring quality service. Both drivers and riders rate each other after every trip, which helps build trust and maintain high standards across the platform.
11.1 Driver Starting Points
When you join AmarTrip as a new driver, you start with a neutral rating of 5 stars. This gives you a fair chance to build your reputation based on your trip performance. Your rating will go up or down depending on the feedback from riders after each trip.
11.2 How Ratings Are Calculated
Your overall rating is an average of all the scores you receive from completed trips. This means one bad or good rating won’t overly affect your overall score. For example, if you complete 10 trips and get ratings adding up to 44 points, your average rating will be 4.4 stars. This system rewards consistent good service.
11.3 Mutual Rating System
After every trip, both drivers and riders rate each other. Drivers rate riders based on behavior, punctuality, and communication. Riders rate drivers on professionalism, timeliness, vehicle cleanliness, and overall experience. This two-way feedback encourages both sides to act responsibly and respectfully.
11.4 Consequences of Low Ratings
To keep AmarTrip safe and reliable, users with consistently low ratings may face penalties:
Limited Access: You might temporarily lose the ability to accept or book rides.
Temporary Suspension: Repeated poor ratings can lead to a temporary account suspension, lasting from a few hours up to several days.
Permanent Termination: Serious or repeated violations of community standards can result in permanent removal from AmarTrip.
11.5 Why This Matters
These policies protect the whole AmarTrip community by making sure everyone acts responsibly and maintains high service standards. Your rating directly affects your ability to use the platform, so maintaining a good rating benefits you and your passengers.
11.6 Legal Disclaimer
AmarTrip reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts based on rating performance and community standards. Users agree that AmarTrip is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from rating-related penalties or account actions.
Section 12 – Lost & Found Policy
At AmarTrip, we understand losing personal belongings during a trip can be frustrating. While we do our best to help recover lost items, please remember that AmarTrip is a technology platform only. We do not own or operate vehicles and are not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen, or damaged during trips.
12.1 AmarTrip’s Liability
AmarTrip assumes no liability for any personal items lost, stolen, or damaged during trips booked through our platform. Riders are fully responsible for safeguarding their belongings throughout the journey. For example, if a rider leaves a phone, wallet, or bag behind in the vehicle, AmarTrip cannot replace or reimburse the lost item.
Reminder for Riders: Always double-check your belongings before leaving the vehicle.
Why AmarTrip Is Not Responsible: AmarTrip only connects riders and drivers via the app. Since we don’t own, operate, or supervise vehicles or trips, we cannot guarantee the safety of belongings or intervene in lost item recovery.
12.2 Driver Responsibility
While AmarTrip is not liable for lost items, drivers play an important role in helping riders recover them:
Check for Left Items: Please inspect your vehicle for any belongings left behind after each trip.
Report Found Items: If you find any lost item, promptly notify AmarTrip support or contact the rider directly to arrange return.
Safe Storage: Keep found items securely until the rider collects them or AmarTrip support gives further instructions.
Prompt Communication: Respond quickly and professionally if a rider reaches out about lost belongings to maintain trust and good service.
Important: If a driver finds lost items but fails to return them, the driver is fully responsible for that negligence. In case of rider complaints or legal actions (including police reports), the driver will be held accountable. AmarTrip can provide trip and contact details to assist with recovery when necessary.
Please note:
AmarTrip will assist in connecting you with riders who report lost items to facilitate communication and return.
However, AmarTrip cannot guarantee that lost items will be recovered or returned.
AmarTrip cannot compel drivers to return any found belongings.
The condition of any returned items cannot be guaranteed.
Legal Clause – Driver’s Acceptance of Responsibility
By partnering with AmarTrip as a driver, you acknowledge and agree that:
You operate as an independent contractor and are not an employee of AmarTrip.
AmarTrip is a technology platform that connects independent drivers and passengers but does not own or control any vehicles.
You are solely responsible for any personal belongings left in your vehicle during or after trips.
If you find lost items, you must handle them responsibly and promptly coordinate their return.
AmarTrip holds no legal liability for the loss, theft, recovery, or condition of any personal belongings left by riders in your vehicle.
Failure to return lost items or negligence in handling such cases may result in penalties or legal consequences directed at you, as AmarTrip cannot intervene beyond providing contact details.
Section 13 – Liability, Disclaimers, and Indemnification
13.1 AmarTrip’s Role
AmarTrip is a technology platform that connects riders with independent drivers like you. We do not:
Own, lease, or operate vehicles;
Employ or control drivers;
Provide transportation or courier services;
Manage what happens inside vehicles; or
Insure or take responsibility for passengers’ belongings.
Our role is to help with booking, payment, and communication. Any issues during trips, like lost items or fare disputes, should be settled directly between you and the rider.

AmarTrip does not guarantee or promise:
The availability, timing, safety, or quality of any ride;
Recovery or protection of lost personal items;
Driver behavior, conduct, or routes taken;
Perfect, uninterrupted, or virus-free operation of the app; or
Outcomes of any disputes or interactions between riders and drivers.
You use AmarTrip services “as is” and at your own risk.
13.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AmarTrip and its team are not responsible for:
Accidents, crimes, or negligence by drivers or others;
Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings;
Any indirect or special damages;
The punctuality, professionalism, or service quality of drivers;
Disputes between riders and drivers;
Issues from third-party services linked to AmarTrip.
Maximum Liability: AmarTrip's total liability for any claim won't exceed what you paid to use the service in the past 12 months.
13.4 Local Consumer Rights
Where local laws protect consumers, AmarTrip respects those rights. Nothing here limits your legal protections.

14.1 Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
Knowing when you need to be ready and how long a trip will take helps keep things on track. AmarTrip provides real-time tracking and ETA updates so you and your rider stay informed throughout the trip.
Real-time Tracking: Riders can see your estimated arrival time at the pickup point and destination, so they know when to expect you.
Buffer for Accuracy: To account for traffic or unexpected delays, AmarTrip adds a 5–10 minute buffer to ETAs. This helps set realistic expectations and reduces rider frustration from sudden delays.
14.2 Emergency Button
Your safety matters. The AmarTrip app includes an emergency button for quick help if you or your rider face any urgent or dangerous situation during a trip.
In-App Safety Feature: At any time during a trip, you or your rider can tap the emergency button to immediately alert AmarTrip’s support team and any designated emergency contacts.
Peace of Mind: This feature gives you a direct line to help when you need it most.
14.3 Trip History Logging
Every trip you take is securely logged by AmarTrip to keep a clear and accurate record.
Comprehensive Records: Details like routes, timings, and participants are stored safely to support resolving disputes, verifying safety, and meeting legal requirements.
Transparency and Protection: If a rider questions a route or raises a complaint, trip history can confirm what happened—helping protect you and the rider alike.
14.4 Optional Accident Insurance (Coming Soon)
AmarTrip is developing an optional accident insurance program to offer extra financial protection on verified trips.
Verified Trips Coverage: Once launched, this insurance will cover up to BDT 1,00,000 to help riders and drivers with medical or related expenses if there’s an injury.

Section 15 – Drivers Responsibilities
As an AmarTrip driver, you are essential to delivering a safe, reliable, and professional ride experience. Your commitment to these responsibilities helps build trust and maintain high standards throughout the AmarTrip community.
15.1 Professional Conduct
Always treat riders with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.
Maintain a polite and helpful attitude, even during challenging situations.
Follow all local traffic laws and regulations strictly.
Wear AmarTrip identification if provided, to help riders easily recognize you.
Stick to the route shown in the app unless the rider requests a valid alternate route mutually agreed upon.
15.2 Vehicle Condition & Maintenance
Keep your vehicle clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
Regularly check essential systems like brakes, tires, lights, and seat belts to ensure safety.
Maintain all required documents such as registration, insurance, and inspection certificates up to date.
Report any vehicle issues immediately and avoid accepting trips if your vehicle is unsafe or unfit for service.
15.3 Punctuality
Arrive at pickup locations on time, ideally 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time for booked rides.
Notify riders promptly if you expect any delays.
Use the app’s real-time tracking and ETA features to stay informed and keep riders updated.
15.4 Accurate Trip Management
Confirm pickup and drop-off locations with riders before starting the trip.
Use the AmarTrip app for trip recording and management to avoid disputes.
Avoid unnecessary trip cancellations and follow the platform’s cancellation policy.
15.5 Safety First
Prioritize the safety of yourself, your passengers, and others on the road.
Avoid reckless driving, speeding, or any unsafe behavior.
Use the app’s emergency button immediately if any safety issues or emergencies arise during a trip.
15.6 Communication
Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with riders.
Respond promptly to messages or calls received through the app.
Address any rider concerns professionally and escalate unresolved issues to AmarTrip support.
15.7 Lost & Found
Always check your vehicle for items left behind after each trip.
Promptly report and safely store any found items, coordinating with AmarTrip support and the rider for return.
Failure to return lost items may result in penalties or legal action against the driver.
15.8 Compliance with Laws & Platform Policies
Follow all AmarTrip policies, terms of service, and applicable local laws and regulations.
Cooperate fully with AmarTrip during any investigations or dispute resolutions.
Keep your AmarTrip profile and documents current and accurate.
15.9 Prohibition of Harassment & Offline Deals
Refrain from any form of harassment, disrespectful behavior, or unprofessional conduct toward riders.
Do not engage in offline deals, transactions, or communications outside the AmarTrip app.
All trips and payments must be processed exclusively through the AmarTrip platform for safety and transparency.
15.10 Fare Payment
Ensure all payments are collected according to the fare agreed upon and confirmed through the AmarTrip bidding process.
Do not demand additional payments outside the platform's payment system.
Legal Clause
Drivers are independent contractors and not employees of AmarTrip.
AmarTrip is not responsible for any driver actions, vehicle conditions, or disputes between riders and drivers.
Drivers bear full responsibility for their conduct, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with applicable laws.
Section 16 – Prohibited Activities
At AmarTrip, we are committed to providing a safe, fair, and trustworthy platform for everyone. To maintain this standard, all drivers and riders must strictly avoid the following activities. Violating these rules can lead to penalties including temporary suspension or permanent account termination.
16.1 No Offline Trips or Cash Deals
All trips must be booked and managed only through the AmarTrip app.
Offline deals bypass the platform's safety, payment security, and dispute resolution protections, putting everyone at risk.
Example: Accepting a ride booked directly by a rider outside the app violates AmarTrip’s policies.
16.2 No Account Sharing
Your AmarTrip driver account is personal and for your exclusive use only.
Sharing your login details with anyone else—including family or friends—is prohibited.
Account sharing compromises security, can lead to misuse, and makes it difficult to track actions or resolve disputes.
Example: Letting someone else drive using your AmarTrip account is against the rules and can lead to serious consequences.
16.3 No Third-Party App Manipulation
Using any external software, tools, or apps to manipulate AmarTrip services is strictly forbidden.
This includes GPS spoofing, automated bidding, fake trip logs, or any other action to gain unfair advantage or disrupt the system.
Example: Using apps to fake your location or change trip details violates AmarTrip’s terms and hurts the platform's fairness.
16.4 Penalties for Prohibited Activities
Violating these rules can result in:
Temporary suspension of your account while AmarTrip investigates.
Permanent termination for serious or repeated violations.
Possible legal action if your actions cause harm to AmarTrip or its users.
Section 17 – Suspension & Termination of Accounts

17.1 When Can Your Account Be Suspended or Terminated?

If a driver repeatedly breaks AmarTrip’s rules or local laws, AmarTrip may take action—starting with temporary suspension and, if problems continue, permanent termination. Examples:
Frequently canceling trips without valid reasons.
Ignoring warnings about unsafe driving or misconduct.
Serious Offenses
Some actions are so serious that they lead to immediate permanent termination, without warnings. These offenses threaten rider safety or the platform’s integrity. Examples:
Fraudulent behavior like falsifying trip details or fare manipulation.
Harassment or disrespect toward riders or other users.
Transporting illegal or prohibited items.
Reckless driving or violent conduct during trips.
17.2 Why Does AmarTrip Enforce Suspension and Termination?
Repeated Violations: These show ongoing behavior that negatively affects riders and the community. Temporary suspension gives drivers a chance to improve. Continued issues may lead to permanent removal.
Serious Offenses: These pose immediate safety or legal risks. Removing drivers quickly protects everyone and keeps AmarTrip reliable and safe.
17.3 Can You Deactivate Your Account?
If you decide to stop driving with AmarTrip, you can request account deactivation anytime. Simply email us at support@amartrip.com with:

19.1 Starting with In-App Support
If you ever have a dispute or complaint related to your AmarTrip driving experience — for example, issues with a rider, payments, or trip details — the first step is to contact AmarTrip’s in-app customer support.
Please provide all relevant information and cooperate so we can understand and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
AmarTrip promises to acknowledge your issue and respond within 7 working days.
Both you and AmarTrip will work together in good faith to try to solve the problem without conflict.
19.2 Arbitration if the Issue Isn’t Resolved
If the dispute cannot be settled through our support team in a reasonable time, either party (you or AmarTrip) can choose to take the matter to binding arbitration.
Arbitration is a formal but faster and simpler process than going to court.
It will be held in Dhaka, Bangladesh, under Bangladeshi arbitration laws and rules.
A neutral arbitrator will be appointed to review the case and make a final decision.
This decision is final and binding — both you and AmarTrip must follow it.
The costs of arbitration, like fees for the arbitrator, will be decided by the arbitrator.
19.3 Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes related to AmarTrip services are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
If a legal matter arises outside arbitration, it will be handled exclusively by courts located in Bangladesh.
This ensures that local laws protect you and that any disputes are settled clearly and fairly according to Bangladesh’s legal system.
