Scheduled Trips enable riders to book rides in advance, from 30 minutes up to 2 days before the planned trip. This service is designed for those who want to organize their transportation ahead of time to ensure timely arrivals.
The Bidding system lets riders propose fares or request rides without a fare, allowing nearby drivers to send offers or counter-offers. This dynamic negotiation process may involve multiple rounds until both rider and driver agree on a fair price, fostering transparency and flexibility.
Hourly Rentals provide riders with a dedicated vehicle for a fixed number of hours (4, 8, or 10), allowing multiple stops within the city. The fare is negotiated based on duration and service needs rather than fixed kilometers, offering flexibility for extended or multi-stop trips.
Station Trips facilitate transportation to and from major transit hubs such as bus terminals, train stations, and ferry terminals. Riders can book these trips instantly or schedule them in advance, with fare agreements made through the standard bidding process.

AmarTrip expressly disclaims any liability arising from payment disputes, delays, or losses resulting from transactions made directly between riders and drivers. AmarTrip shall not be responsible for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from payment issues, including but not limited to non-payment, overpayment, fraud, or unauthorized payment arrangements. For trips booked in advance, drivers may start the trip up to 15 minutes early if they arrive ahead of schedule and the rider is ready. If the rider is not ready, the driver will wait until the scheduled start time. This flexibility helps reduce waiting times and improves time management for both parties.
Instant trips begin as soon as a nearby driver is available, with no fixed start time. When you request an instant ride, the closest driver will be notified to pick you up immediately, enabling quick service for urgent travel needs and allowing drivers to manage multiple requests efficiently.

Users who consistently receive low ratings may face penalties to protect service quality, including suspension of service, temporary restrictions on using certain app features, or permanent account termination.
AmarTrip understands that losing personal belongings during a trip can be frustrating. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist in the recovery of lost items, it is important to note that AmarTrip is a technology platform only. We do not own or operate vehicles, and we are not responsible for any personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during a trip.
